| Welcome to Casaccia Casaccia is full of character and charm. Refurbished in 2008, it offers all the modern conveniences you would expect to make your holiday as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Living room The large double-height, beamed living room is the centre-point of the house. The huge fireplace has a wood-burning stove. There are two comfy sofas and an armchair as well as a separate table and chairs. There is a TV and DVD player (and lots of DVDs) and plenty of books and games. Kitchen/dining room The large kitchen/dining room is on the ground floor. It has brand new, hand-built kitchen units with granite worktop. There's a built-in hob, oven, full-sized dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. We have provided an extensive rage of pans, crockery and cutlery. There is also an antique dining table, chairs and dresser plus an iron and ironing board and high chair. Bedrooms Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bedroom 3 with 3 single beds. Bedroom 4 in cottage with double bed and additional single. A travel cot is available. All the bedrooms are fitted with mosquito nets and shutters at the windows. Bathrooms Newly refurbished bathroom with sink, wc, bidet and large walk-in shower. Beautiful second bathroom with bath, sink and wc. Third bathroom in cottage with shower, sink and wc. The cottage The cottage has a double bed and single bed on its mezzanine floor, plus spacious living space on the ground floor with double sofa bed and computer point with high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi. The garden A beautiful 12m x 6m private pool with paved surround offers stunning views across Tuscany and Umbria, with direct line of sight to the historic hilltop village of Monte Santa Maria Tiberina. The grounds (about 2,000sq.metres) offer secluded areas, including a hammock for relaxing in the shade of the old mulberry tree orchard. There are sun loungers and deck chairs for 10 people, plus umbrellas. An attractive pergola provides the perfect spot for eating alfresco and offers magnificent views on two sides, with a selection of wicker chairs and a large table for dining. There is also a patio table and chairs just outside the kitchen. The garden is completely fenced. Accessibility Easy ground floor access to the kitchen/dining room in the house and to the ground floor of the cottage, with sofa bed and bathroom.
